Welcome back. On day two you check in at the kiosk, tell us what has changed, take a tour of the office, and then sit down with Dr. Matt to go over your X-rays, your exam and your history.
Jennifer, our office manager, starts at the front desk: how to sign in at the kiosk, what we track at each visit and why it matters. Then Dr. Matt explains what the two of you will go over together.
One minute, and you will know what to expect when you walk back in.
Jennifer shows you how to check in on the kiosk. It keeps track of your aches and pains from visit to visit.
Any slips, trips or falls, and your pain scale: better, worse or about the same. It all gets documented so the doctor sees it. We may also have you watch a short video about your diagnosis.
Dr. Matt walks you through the clinic so you can see every treatment option available to you.
Your X-rays, your exam and your history, explained in plain language, with every question answered.
Day two is often one of your longer appointments, and that is on purpose. Dr. Matt goes through everything we learned on day one and does not move on until your questions are answered.
Start there. Jen and Dr. Matt walk you through the first appointment, from paperwork to X-rays.
Plan for a longer visit. Dr. Chenault goes over your X-rays, your exam and your history and answers all of your questions, so day two is often one of the longer appointments.
A quick sign-in at the front desk. Jennifer will show you how it works on day two. It records how your aches and pains are doing, any changes since your last visit, and your pain scale, so the doctor sees it before you sit down.
Yes. Day two is when Dr. Chenault sits down with you and goes through the X-rays and the exam findings from day one.
Tell us. Any slips, trips or falls, or any change in how you feel, gets noted at check-in so the doctor can take it into account.
